As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll build mission-critical features like real-time distributor integrations, AI-powered quoting engines, and customer storefronts. You'll collaborate with product, design, and ops to deliver clean, scalable systems — all in a remote-first culture built on trust and autonomy.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
Build and maintain secure RESTful APIs powering distributor and quoting modules
Write clean, well-tested code with attention to performance and maintainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, customer success) to deliver high-impact features
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions
Optimize systems for scale, security, and user experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-stack development
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency (especially React + Node.js)
Solid experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD workflows, and testing practices
Self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently in a distributed team
